About Medical Travel Support

For individuals traveling from overseas to receive care at medical institutions in Japan, we provide support including pre-travel consultation, organization of medical information, confirmation of patient acceptance, appointment scheduling, medical interpretation, support related to the Visa for Medical Stay, and transportation and accommodation arrangements. Based on the purpose of care and the institution’s acceptance requirements, we coordinate the pathway from arrival in Japan through return home.
